My Glass Tunnel of Joy has a twin that has been languishing in the Back of the House Garden, looking wonderful but absolutely not earning its keep. Where to place it has been an issue and up until this weekend the original glass tunnel has been sufficient. But it’s nearly spring and because I’m the impatient type I’ve jumped the gun a wee bit on the planting and I was clamouring for more space.

The First of the Three Sisters flounced her way into my new field today. She’s quite demanding and required earth turning and mound making. I hurt. She’s lucky she’s pretty and delicious otherwise I’d just give up and buy her from the shops.

I started my new job on Monday and I’ve had to completely re-jig my garden life – no more shift work means no more early weekday afternoons taking photos in the garden. I’m going to have to learn how to use the flash on my camera!
This is my first attempt at taking photos in the evening. The flash creates attractive shadows and while it doesn’t look quite *right* I find it visually pleasing regardless.

I’ve added a Photosynth tour of my funny little garden – check it out on About.
And because I’ve finally learned how to make mosaics, I’ve created one using my phone photos.
It’s been a busy Sunday in Crazy Garden Lady Land!
